Joybees produces and sells injection-molded footwear for men, women and children. The company was founded in 2019 and began operations in 2020. They are committed to “bringing joy to families” by creating comfortable and stylish shoes for people of all ages. TouchStone Digital worked with Joybees from April to September 2022.
The client wanted to optimize their presence on social media and increase follower interactions. They also hoped to introduce more brand consistency across their social media accounts.
The TouchStone Digital team established an integrated email and social media campaign. To increase the average reach per social post, we created monthly social calendars showcasing branded imagery, carousels, animation, video, user-generated content and social media influencers.
Each Instagram and Facebook post included professional graphics and consistent branding elements. We defined the purpose of each post before scheduling to track its reach and effectiveness in driving traffic to the client’s website.
We wrote four monthly emails to engage customers through storytelling. The focus of each email fell into one of six categories: brand story, product story, retailer-focused, educational, testimonial and social. Our team tracked the open rate of each email to determine which style was most effective in driving web traffic.
