Novus Clinic operates seven locations in northeast Ohio. Their doctors, surgeons and other experts provide complete eye care, as well as cosmetic and reconstructive procedures. Each office features a full-service optical center. Novus Clinic was founded in 1992. We’ve worked with them since 2006.

Problem

The management at Novus Clinic felt their website was difficult to navigate and interact with visually. They thought those were the reasons the site wasn’t generating enough leads. Also, the website wasn’t an accurate representation of the Novus Clinic brand.
