Grand Home Furnishings is a regional chain of furniture stores headquartered in Roanoke, Virginia. They have 18 locations in Virginia, West Virginia and Tennessee. The company was founded in 1911 as a piano store and started selling furniture in 1931.

They specialize in helping customers furnish their homes to ensure they’re happy and comfortable. Grand Home Furnishings particularly focuses on people selling their homes and helping them stage their space before, during and after a sale.

Touchstone Digital has worked with Grand Home Furnishings since 2020 and manages their IP targeting program. The results of this case study are from April 2021 through March 2022.
